This website is a launch preview. Our quote and customer-contact forms collect information you choose to provide so we can respond to product, delivery, order and after-sales questions.

What the form collects

Your name, email address, optional phone number, postal code, preferred product, delivery notes and preferred timing. Please do not include payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

The general contact panel asks for your name, question topic, message and at least one reply method: email or phone. Postal code is optional. On a product page it can include the selected product identifier, which you can remove before sending. These details are used to respond to your question, not to subscribe you to marketing.

Reference images and voice messages

You may optionally add reference images or a voice message instead of typing a longer request. Images and recordings are uploaded only when you click Send. Microphone access starts only after you click Record, and you can listen, remove or re-record before sending. Please avoid payment information, identity documents and other people’s private details.

Selected product details, reference images and voice messages are associated with the same enquiry. Customer attachments are encrypted in persistent storage and can be viewed or played only through an authorised staff account. They are not public website images. Owner notifications contain a private enquiry link rather than the actual image or audio files.

Why we collect it

To understand your product request, check the delivery service area and contact you about availability and a quote. Submitting an enquiry is not a purchase, does not reserve stock and does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the project's database. A notification may be sent to the site owner through the hosting platform. Enquiries are not displayed publicly. Hosting providers process information to operate this service.

Saved sofas

The saved-sofas feature stores selected product identifiers in your browser on this device. It does not require an account or sync your shortlist across devices. Tap a filled heart to remove a saved sofa. Browser storage may be unavailable or cleared by your browser settings.

Questions and corrections

You can use the contact form to request a correction or deletion of information you have provided. A fuller privacy policy must be finalized before public launch.
